Does Any of This Sound Familiar?
✅ You're constantly on edge, reliving painful memories or waiting for the next crisis.
✅ You’ve experienced emotional abuse, manipulation, or gaslighting—and it's left deep scars.
✅ You’re exhausted from carrying invisible wounds that others can’t see.
✅ You feel disconnected, numb, or like you’re just surviving—not living.
✅ You're searching for therapists who truly understand trauma and help you recover from it.
At Clermont Mental Health, we help individuals impacted by trauma reclaim a sense of safety, self-worth, and clarity. Whether you're healing from PTSD, C-PTSD, or narcissistic abuse, we’re here to walk with you through the process—not rush you through it.
We believe trauma-informed care starts with education and compassion. Our therapists work to help you understand what trauma has done to your nervous system, your brain, and your sense of self—so you can begin to heal with intention and power.
We Can Help You With:
Post-Traumatic Stress (PTSD & C-PTSD): Break the cycle of hypervigilance, flashbacks, and emotional shutdown.
Narcissistic Abuse Recovery: Heal from manipulation, control, and chronic invalidation.
Chronic Anxiety & Panic: Rewire trauma responses that keep your body in constant survival mode.
Depersonalization & Emotional Numbness: Reconnect with yourself and your emotions.
Trust, Boundaries & Relationships: Learn to feel safe in your own body and in your connections again.
Our therapy is grounded in evidence-based care and trauma education. We’re a diverse, progressive team that welcomes all individuals, especially those who’ve felt misunderstood or unsafe elsewhere.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR):
An evidence-based treatment to help you process painful memories and reduce emotional intensity.

Learn to identify harmful thought patterns and build healthier responses.
Psychoeducation on Trauma:

In-Person Sessions at Our Cincinnati, Ohio Office.
The first session will be a process of getting to know you and what you are hoping to get out of counseling. You may share as much as you feel comfortable. (We recognize you are getting to know us too!) Your therapist will most likely ask you questions to help move the process along and gather relevant information. Toward the end of the second or third session, you and your therapist will make a plan to address your goals. We see this process as one of collaboration. It is normal that you may feel a little apprehensive about your first session if you have not been in therapy before. However, most clients report that they feel a great deal of relief at the end of their first session.
We support individuals dealing with trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, narcissistic abuse recovery, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and more. We are LGBTQ-affirming and social justice-aligned.
